Contracting and Verification Agency (ACV)
ACV du consortium AFRIKA FINANCE/ANEP CONGO for the implementation of Performance-Based Financing (FBP) in Health Region No. 2 has the main mission of controlling and purchasing from Health Units (PIT) care indicators (free healthcare for children under five, to pregnant women, to lactating women and indigenous peoples, etc..).
